MISSION:
"The mission of the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology
Division is to provide explosive disposal technology and logistics
management for the Joint Services; and to develop war essential
elements of intelligence, equipment, and procedures to counter
munitions, both U.S. and foreign, as required, to support the
Department of Defense components and the peace time security
needs of other agencies, as assigned by higher authority."
